Registration and Account

When you use our services, we have to register the details of your entity. The details are required as a record of correspondence and marketing activity to be carried out for the client. This will involve you inputing certain information about your entity online into the account registration form.

We expect all required registration information you submit to be truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are to notify Gov Bid Marketing immediately if you notice any unauthorised or suspected use of your account or any breach of security.

Cancellation Policy

Gov Bid Marketing reserves the right to cancel our relationship and bar you from becoming a future client without cause or prior notice. If that occurs, we will ensure any amounts between us are settled. If we have built your entity a website, hosting fees will cease from that date. We will refund pro rata any web hosting fees you may have paid.

Gov Bid Marketing reserves the right to cancel our relationship and bar you and your entity further from being a client for your violation of any term of the agreement. Any attempt by you to stop, delay or block payment of your fees due to us, or a request for a charge back through your debit/credit card issuer shall constitute sufficient cause for us to cancel your account. Your failure to disclose information relating to a contract we bid for on your behalf or any association with a banned entity will constitute a right to cancel.

You have the right to cancel your client account at any time by notifying Gov Bid Marketing of your desire to do so. Your cancellation will become effective immediately Gov Bid Marketing emails you to confirm your cancellation.

Your cancellation will be effective immediately, any outstanding bids we have placed on your behalf have been decided by the relevant contracting authority.


This agreement constitutes that entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter, thereof, and will not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the company. In the event a court finds a provision in this agreement is not valid, you and Gov Bid Marketing agree that such court should incorporate a similar provision that would be considered valid, with all other provisions remaining valid in the agreement.

Legal Compliance

Gov Bid Marketing may suspend or terminate our agreement with your entity immediately, if we receive information which alleges that you have used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state or federal laws, or laws of other nations. In the event a government or law enforcement agency requests your information, or we receive a subpoena

or other legal action, the company may have to disclose your identity and contact information.

Limited Liability

If you choose to use our site as a client or for any other reason, we expect you expressly understand and agree that Gov Bid Marketing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from:

  1. The ability or inability to use our site or service.
  2. The limitation perceived from our contract, tort, negligence or any other basis, even if the company, advertisers and/or its licenser have been advised on the possibility of such damage.

Banned Entities

Go Bid Marketing does not trade with or provide marketing services for banned entities. Banned entities for our business purposes are entities affiliated with individuals on any government watch lists, specially designated nationals and blocked people lists, individuals or entities affiliated with drug cartels or terrorist groups. Also, any entity which has done business with a US sanctioned entity or individual, or located in the following jurisdictions:

  • Cuba
  • Gaza Authority
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Ivory Coast
  • Libya
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Russian Federation
  • Somalia
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Ukraine
  • Venezuela
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe


The terms of this agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Of Delaware and the United States applicable to contracts to be wholly performed in Delaware. Any legal action based on an alleged breach of contract or use of this site shall be brought in a state or federal court located in the State of Delaware. In any such action, if we prevail, we will recover our legal fees and costs including reasonable attorney fees from the plaintiff.

Gov Bid Marketing does not intentionally gather information for visitors through the site or entities which register as clients. Any information sent to Gov Bid Marketing will be deemed confidential for our use to help in marketing for our clients. We do not disclose client’s information to any third parties outside our business. We will only disclose client information if we are legally obliged to by a State or federal court of law.
